Hi, I’m Bonnie. I use a holistic approach, knowing that people learn and grow in different ways. We start with Solution Focused Counseling to help you get your bearings with any current life stressors, then we work on healing areas that are out of balance.
My counseling style is warm, empathetic, honest, and direct. I work with a range of clients from early adolescence through late adulthood, with a special emphasis on neurodivergent adolescents, their parents, late-diagnosed adults, individuals with social anxiety, and people struggling with life transitions. My goal is for you to feel more empowered, resilient, and able to create meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
