My goal is not just to help clients get through hard moments, but to help them grow in confidence and feel more equipped over time.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I want clients to feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for while building confidence, healthier ways of coping, and greater clarity and self-trust.
