I provide a space where clients can feel safe enough to be real, while also being gently challenged to grow. I’m grounded in relational and humanistic practices. My work focuses on helping people understand the “why” behind their patterns, heal from past experiences, and build healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, strengthening their emotional awareness, and making meaningful, aligned changes in their lives. By “joining” them, I provide the level of safety needed to create a space where interventions and theoretical orientations are the domino effect of our relationship. I’m attachment based and do a lot of inner child work and insight oriented.
