Hi, I’m Tracy Newman. I will help guide you in your journey and support you in a practical sense with empathy and encouragement. I enjoy working with adults, older individuals, and professionals. Many of my clients experience depression and anxiety, which can also connect to life transitions and relationships. I also specialize in grief.

I am warm, direct, and supportive. I try to be solution-focused while also using reflective processes to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences. I want clients to feel respected, supported, open, and accepted. Through our work together, they can gain a stronger sense of self and build skills to address the issues they are facing.

Outside of therapy, I love to read true crime and watch Florida Gator Football.
