Hi, I’m Nancy. I have worked in crisis settings with children and adolescents struggling with suicidal ideation. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working across the lifespan, both online and in person.

I help by understanding the person within their day-to-day life in order to identify real solutions to the problems at hand. I work with adults, adolescents, first-generation clients, professionals, parents, and married couples. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, burnout, grief, and communication problems.

My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, collaborative, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. I want clients to feel heard, seen, and validated. Sessions with me feel like you are speaking to a professional friend who sees you as an equal and is genuinely invested in your growth.

I hope clients gain the ability to feel present and alive again, without having to look back over their shoulder because they still have not faced the past or former trauma.

Outside of my work, I really enjoy spending time with my kids, swimming with them, and doing obstacle courses with them. I also enjoy going on walks, gardening, and practicing Wim Hof techniques like cold plunges to keep me alive.
