1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Get Healthy Directory (“Get Healthy Directory,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our website, directory listings, referral inquiry forms, educational resources, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, registering as a provider, or affirmatively accepting these Terms through a website form or other registration process, you agree to be bound by them.
Additional terms may apply to specific services, subscriptions, sponsorships, provider arrangements, or promotional programs.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not register for or submit information through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

The availability of particular features may change.
Get Healthy Directory does not guarantee that any individual will receive an appointment, referral, clinical service, or particular outcome.
3. No Medical Advice or Clinical Services
Get Healthy Directory is not a medical practice, mental health treatment provider, or emergency healthcare service.
We do not provide medical diagnoses, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, prescriptions, or individualized clinical recommendations through the directory.
Information appearing on the website is intended for general informational and provider-discovery purposes.
Users should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding healthcare decisions.
Use of the directory does not establish a patient-provider or therapist-client relationship with Get Healthy Directory.
Submitting an inquiry to a listed provider does not, by itself, establish a clinical relationship with that provider.
4. Emergency Situations
Get Healthy Directory is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
Our website, contact forms, and provider inquiry systems are not continuously monitored for emergencies.
If you are experiencing an immediate medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency assistance.
In the United States, individuals experiencing a suicide or mental health crisis may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Do not use directory inquiry forms to request emergency intervention.
5. Eligibility and Use by Minors
Individuals registering for provider accounts, purchasing services, or entering into agreements with Get Healthy Directory must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Parents and legal guardians may use the directory to seek information about services for minors when legally authorized to do so.
Minors may have independent rights to consent to certain healthcare services under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to override applicable laws governing minors’ healthcare rights, parental authority, or medical confidentiality.
6. Independent Healthcare Providers
Healthcare professionals listed on Get Healthy Directory are independent third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, listing on the directory does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between the provider and Get Healthy Directory.
Providers are independently responsible for:
-
Maintaining applicable professional licenses and credentials
-
Complying with professional and ethical requirements
-
Providing accurate information about qualifications and services
-
Maintaining appropriate professional liability coverage where required
-
Determining whether to accept prospective clients
-
Providing clinical care and maintaining clinical records
-
Complying with applicable healthcare privacy and confidentiality laws
-
Managing appointments, cancellations, billing, and treatment decisions
Get Healthy Directory does not supervise or control the independent clinical judgment of listed providers.
7. Provider Listings and Information Accuracy
Providers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted for publication is accurate, current, and not misleading.
This includes professional credentials, specialties, services, insurance participation, fees, contact information, and availability.
Get Healthy Directory may verify selected information through public licensing databases or other appropriate sources.
Verification does not constitute a guarantee of professional competence, service quality, ongoing licensure, or suitability for any particular individual.
We may request corrections or supporting documentation and may modify, suspend, or remove listings that contain inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate information.
We do not guarantee that all listing information is complete or current.
8. Provider Selection and Referrals
Users are responsible for evaluating whether a listed provider is appropriate for their needs.
Get Healthy Directory does not guarantee provider availability, acceptance of new patients, insurance participation, appointment scheduling, or treatment results.
Unless expressly identified as a personalized matching service, search results and directory listings are informational and should not be interpreted as individualized clinical recommendations.
A provider’s appearance in search results or promotional materials does not constitute a clinical endorsement.
Any paid placement or sponsored promotion will be identified where required by applicable law.
9. Contact Forms and Inquiry Processing
When users select a provider and submit an inquiry, Get Healthy Directory receives and processes the information for the purpose of facilitating communication with that provider.
Submitted information may include names, contact information, insurance information, and messages voluntarily entered by the user.
Authorized administrative personnel and automated systems may process inquiries as necessary to operate the Services.
Inquiries may be transmitted to the email address designated by the selected provider.
Users should avoid submitting detailed medical histories, diagnoses, or other unnecessary sensitive information through initial contact forms.
The collection, use, disclosure, and protection of inquiry information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and medical confidentiality laws.
Where applicable law requires specific consent or authorization, Get Healthy Directory will obtain that consent or authorization separately.
Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a response or appointment.
10. Confidentiality and Information Security
Get Healthy Directory recognizes that inquiries concerning healthcare and mental health services may contain sensitive personal information.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled through our Services.
Providers receiving inquiries are expected to protect the information in accordance with applicable confidentiality laws and professional obligations.
Electronic communications involve inherent security risks, and no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Nothing in these Terms reduces or eliminates confidentiality obligations imposed on Get Healthy Directory by applicable law.
11. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information.
The Privacy Policy is available through our website and should be reviewed before submitting personal information.
Where applicable privacy laws provide additional protections, those legal requirements control.
Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent or medical-information
authorization required by law.
12. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to:
-
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
-
Impersonate another person or provider
-
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
-
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or providers
-
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
-
Interfere with website functionality or security
-
Introduce malicious software or harmful code
-
Scrape, harvest, reproduce, or commercially exploit directory data without authorization
-
Use provider contact information for unsolicited commercial communications
-
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
We may restrict access or take appropriate action when users violate these Terms or applicable law.
13. Provider Accounts and Account Security
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and protecting access to their accounts.
Providers must promptly notify Get Healthy Directory of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or incorrect contact information that could affect inquiry delivery.
Providers must designate an email address they are authorized to access and use for professional communications.
Providers are responsible for implementing appropriate confidentiality and security measures for information received through their designated contact channels.
Additional security and confidentiality requirements may be established through a separate Provider Participation Agreement.
14. Free Listings and Paid Services
Get Healthy Directory may offer free provider listings, paid listings, sponsorships, promotional services, and other optional offerings.
The specific features, prices, billing arrangements, cancellation terms, and applicable limitations of paid services will be disclosed before purchase.
Participation in a free listing does not guarantee a minimum number of inquiries, referrals, appointments, or clients.
Purchasing promotional services does not guarantee a particular level of visibility, engagement, referrals, or revenue.
We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or discontinue service offerings, subject to existing contractual commitments and applicable law.
15. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Where recurring subscriptions are offered, the applicable pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and refund policies will be disclosed before enrollment.
We will obtain any affirmative consent required by applicable law before enrolling users in automatic renewal or continuous-service arrangements.
Cancellation and renewal notices will be provided where required by law.
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment processors subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes undisclosed recurring charges.
16. Sponsorships, Advertising, and Promotional Programs
Get Healthy Directory may collaborate with healthcare providers, treatment programs, organizations, and sponsors on promotional campaigns, educational content, webinars, social media activities, and events.
Sponsored relationships do not constitute guarantees of clinical quality, referrals, patient volume, or business results.
Sponsorship benefits, deliverables, payment terms, event participation, promotional rights, and content ownership will be governed by applicable written agreements.
We may identify paid sponsorships and advertising relationships as required by law.
Participation in a sponsorship or promotional program does not grant ownership of Get Healthy Directory’s trademarks, website, proprietary marketing materials, or other intellectual property.
17. Intellectual Property
The Get Healthy Directory name, logos, website design, original text, graphics, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Get Healthy Directory.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without appropriate authorization.
Providers retain ownership of original content they lawfully own and submit to the directory.
By submitting profile materials, providers grant Get Healthy Directory a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, format, and distribute those materials as reasonably necessary to operate and promote their listings and the directory, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.
Ownership and usage rights relating to webinars, recordings, reels, photography, sponsored campaigns, and other specially produced content will be governed by separate applicable agreements.
18. User-Submitted Content
Users and providers are responsible for ensuring that content submitted to the directory is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights.
Get Healthy Directory may review, edit for formatting, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or reasonable platform standards.
We are not obligated to publish every submission.
We do not claim ownership of confidential provider inquiries merely because they are submitted through our platform.
19. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to independent providers, external websites, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other third-party services.
Third parties may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
Get Healthy Directory does not control third-party clinical services or independently operated websites.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, or service interruptions outside our control.
This provision does not eliminate obligations that Get Healthy Directory independently owes under applicable law.
20. No Guarantee of Availability or Results
We strive to maintain accurate information and reliable website functionality.
However, directory content, provider availability, search results, and website features may change.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or particular business or clinical outcomes.
Users should independently confirm important provider information before obtaining services.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim warranties not expressly provided by us, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, duties, or protections that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Healthy Directory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services where such limitations are legally enforceable.
Get Healthy Directory does not assume responsibility for independent providers’ clinical decisions, treatment recommendations, or professional services solely because those providers appear in the directory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, violations of applicable privacy or confidentiality laws, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any additional financial liability limitations applicable to paid provider services must be established through appropriate written agreements and remain subject to applicable law.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, providers and commercial users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Healthy Directory from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, materially inaccurate representations, or violation of applicable contractual obligations.
This provision does not require indemnification for losses caused by Get Healthy Directory’s own negligence, misconduct, or violation of law to the extent such allocation is prohibited.
Additional indemnification obligations may be established in separate provider or sponsorship agreements.
24. Suspension, Removal, and Termination
Get Healthy Directory may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or listings for legitimate reasons, including:
-
Material violations of these Terms
-
Fraudulent or misleading information
-
Licensing or credentialing concerns
-
Security or confidentiality concerns
-
Unlawful activity
-
Conduct presenting a reasonable risk to users or the platform
-
Failure to comply with applicable contractual obligations
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct an issue.
Removal from the directory does not affect obligations that accrued before termination.
25. Changes to Services and Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational changes, new services, legal developments, or security requirements.
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
The updated Terms will identify the applicable effective date.
Where legally required, we will obtain renewed affirmative agreement before applying material changes.
26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties are encouraged to contact Get Healthy Directory and attempt to resolve disputes informally.
This informal resolution process does not prevent either party from exercising legal rights, seeking urgent relief, or complying with applicable filing deadlines.
Any court proceedings will be subject to applicable jurisdictional and venue requirements.
Nothing in these Terms limits access to regulatory agencies or rights that cannot legally be waived.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
28. No Waiver
Failure by Get Healthy Directory to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable supplemental agreements, constitute the agreement governing use of the relevant Services.
Separate written provider, subscription, sponsorship, presenter, or promotional agreements may contain additional or controlling provisions for those specific arrangements.
In the event of a conflict, the more specific applicable agreement will control for its subject matter, except where prohibited by law.
