At Insightful Resources, we believe that everyone should have access to affordable therapy services and mental health education. We strive to break down barriers that may discourage people from attending therapy.

We offer culturally sensitive, affirming, and affordable mental health services and resources to people of all ages and backgrounds. We value and understand the importance of diversity and equity and offer our services to clients of all ages and backgrounds, in person in Huntington Beach and Anaheim, and virtually in the state of California, while striving to further grow our team to help us maintain these values.

We also provide training to pre-licensed mental health therapists and students so they can best serve the needs of their clients. Offering a training location to both Trainee and Associate therapists not only ensures that we can continue to provide services that align with our values but helps foster the future of mental health. Pre-licensed mental health therapists are an invaluable resource to both our clients and the field of mental health.
