About
Hi, I’m Coley, a licensed mental health professional with experience in correctional settings, crisis programs, and outpatient care. I’ve worked with individuals facing trauma, severe mental illness, addiction, grief, and eating disorders, including roles in jail-based services and forensic social work.
I use evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches to provide person-centered care focused on healing and growth. I aim to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, grounded, and empowered to better understand themselves and build healthier coping skills.
I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, mood disorders, and relationship challenges, and I support neurodivergent, first-generation, and multicultural clients exploring identity and self-worth. I commonly help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, grief, burnout, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis concerns.
My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, balancing reflection with practical tools tailored to each client. Sessions are conversational and grounded, helping clients explore deeper patterns while building effective coping strategies.
My goal is for clients to feel safe, supported, and more confident in navigating life, developing stronger self-awareness, emotional stability, and healthier relationships.
I value grounding practices, reflection, and personal growth, and I’m honored to support you at a pace that feels right for you as you move toward healing and empowerment.
