About
Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I offer depth-oriented, culturally sensitive therapy that helps clients get to the root of their challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and feel less alone in what you are going through.
I work with adolescents and adults, especially BIPOC clients and first-generation children of immigrants, including individuals from Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) and Southwest Asian and North African (SWANA) backgrounds. I support clients navigating intergenerational trauma, Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), identity and belonging, relationship challenges and breakups, people-pleasing, self-esteem concerns, and anxiety.
My therapeutic style is warm, straightforward, and compassionate, rooted in depth psychology and relational therapy. I believe that understanding the deeper patterns and experiences shaping our lives can help create greater self-awareness and opportunities for growth.
I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported, knowing they do not have to figure everything out alone. Sessions with me involve gentle, honest questioning and attention to the therapeutic relationship between us. Together, we can explore your experiences, recognize patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
My hope is that clients gain greater self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and experience meaningful, lasting change. I want you to feel more connected to yourself and confident in navigating life's challenges.
Outside of my therapeutic work, I am passionate about learning and continuing to expand my understanding of the world and the people around me.
One of my main goals is to help you feel less alone. You do not have to navigate your challenges by yourself, and I hope to provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered as you move toward healing and personal growth.
