Raquel Garcia, LMFT

Hi, I’m Raquel. I find being a therapist an honor, as it allows me to walk alongside others through part of their life’s journey. I believe therapy is a space where we can explore the different aspects of ourselves, deepen our understanding, and move toward living in alignment with our truth.

My approach integrates emotions, thoughts, beliefs, the body, intergenerational experiences, and the systems that shape each person’s reality. I work with adults, couples, BIPOC, and multicultural clients navigating complex trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression.

My therapeutic style is warm, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, collaborative, and humanistic. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My hope is that sessions provide a sense of safety while allowing space for deep reflection, connection, and meaningful exploration.

Through our work together, I hope clients develop a deeper connection with different aspects of themselves, learn to trust their own inner wisdom, and feel empowered to live in alignment with their values and personal truth.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I am passionate about kindness, truth, nature, human connection, and spirituality. These values are meaningful to me and influence how I approach life and my work with others.
