Hi, I'm Sohela. Navigating big life transitions can often bring an overwhelming pressure to have everything figured out. I am passionate about supporting emerging adults and couples who feel weighed down by anxiety, perfectionism, or persistent self-doubt. On the outside, you might seem like you are holding it all together, but underneath you may be carrying exhausting stories about who you "should" be. In relationships, you might find yourself falling into repetitive patterns, avoiding difficult conversations, or struggling to communicate what you really need. Day to day, this can look like constant overthinking, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from yourself and others. Together, we will uncover your existing strengths, rewrite the limiting narratives holding you back, and build practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and down-to-earth. I aim to create an open space where you can safely unpack what isn’t working and reconnect with what truly matters to you. In our sessions, we will focus on what is possible, blending practical strategies to shift unhelpful automatic thoughts with gentle challenges that foster self-awareness and meaningful growth.

Outside of therapy, I love getting lost in a good book, finding creative outlets, and spending quiet afternoons by the ocean.
