About

Hi, I’m Victoria. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through a wide range of mental health and life challenges. As a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking clinician, I value providing culturally sensitive care and building genuine therapeutic relationships with the individuals and families I serve.

My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, strengths-based, and individualized to each person’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused interventions, and other modalities to help clients better understand themselves, develop coping skills, navigate difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.

I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, develop practical tools, manage stress, navigate relationships, process past experiences, and work toward their personal goals.

I especially enjoy working with older adults, adults, adolescents, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship or family concerns, life transitions, or other emotional and mental health challenges. I also have experience supporting clients navigating substance use, crisis situations, and difficult or overwhelming circumstances.

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe therapy works best when clients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in the process. I strive to balance reflection and deeper understanding with practical tools clients can use in their everyday lives.

I want clients to feel safe, heard, respected, and accepted. My hope is that clients feel supported and empowered while recognizing their own strengths and ability to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Sessions with me are warm, supportive, and collaborative. Depending on the client’s needs, sessions may include reflection, learning coping strategies, identifying patterns, processing emotions, or developing new ways of approaching challenges.

Over time, I hope clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, greater confidence in managing challenges, and practical tools they can carry beyond therapy. I want clients to feel more empowered in making decisions that support their well-being.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, exploring spiritual studies, spending time with animals, especially dogs, and staying active through exercise. I value personal growth, compassion, connection, and lifelong learning, which are also qualities I bring into my work with clients.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, develop tools to help you cope, and work toward the changes you want to make. Wherever you are in your journey, I welcome the opportunity to meet you where you are and support you along the way.
