Clientele seen

Hi, I'm Nicole. I am honored to provide a space where people feel safe to show up fully as themselves. I have worked with adolescents and adults facing challenges like crisis moments, depression, anxiety, self-esteem struggles, and anger management. I have also led DBT and CBT groups at an eating disorder treatment center, guiding clients toward healthier eating behaviors and body positivity while journeying with them.

I understand that people can feel powerless when emotions overtake them, and I have open arms to help clients respond in ways that feel healthy and grounded. With DBT, CBT, and client-centered approach, I support clients in deciphering what their emotions are signaling, fostering a non-judgmental lens that brings inner harmony, cultivate positive beliefs, and balance. This awareness can dial down impulsive reactions, paving the way for thoughtful choices. By integrating these modalities, I empower clients to reclaim control over their emotional world and tackle life’s challenges with strength and confidence. Everyone’s voice deserves to be heard, and in my practice, I blend compassion and structure to highlight their inherent strengths—ones they can carry daily. Being a therapist drives me because it is about offering that refuge where people can untangle deep matters, even those they have held close, and I am privileged to witness their growth. I will welcome you with warmth and support as we navigate your therapeutic journey together.
