Get Healthy Directory complies with federal and state civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude, or treat individuals differently in providing telehealth or related services based on:

  • National origin (including language)

  • Age

  • Disability

  • Sex, including pregnancy, childbirth, related medical conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics.

This policy applies to all services delivered via video, phone, and other remote or digital platforms operated by Get Healthy Directory.

 

Accessibility and Communication Assistance

Get Healthy Directory provides free auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency to ensure effective communication, including:

  • Qualified sign language interpreters

  • Real-time captioning when available and appropriate

  • Written information in alternative formats (large print, electronic format, accessible documents)

  • Qualified spoken-language interpreters and language assistance services

These services are provided free of charge and in a timely manner.

Equal Access to Telehealth Services

Get Healthy Directory will make reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures as needed to ensure individuals with disabilities have equal access to telehealth services, unless such changes would fundamentally alter the service or impose an undue burden as defined by law.

We also take reasonable steps to ensure our telehealth platforms are accessible and compatible with commonly used assistive technologies.

 

Filing a Grievance with the Practice

If you believe Get Healthy Directory has failed to provide these services or has discriminated based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you may file a grievance with us:
