Hi, I’m Andrew. I approach clients through a client-centered, relational lens and tailor my modality to each client’s needs. I enjoy working with adults and elderly clients, especially those seeking to work on relationships and how they present within them. I also enjoy working with teens who are seeking therapy and support for themselves.
Most of my clients, including individuals, couples, thruples, and polycules, come to me for relationship concerns, including intimacy and sex therapy. I also work with co-occurring and stand-alone anxiety, depression, historical sexual and emotional trauma, identity concerns, emotional pattern interruption, neurodivergence, and more.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and supportive. I can be direct with those who need it, especially in relationship therapy. I can also be directive as necessary in a collaborative manner, especially when working on executive functioning skills or when working on anorgasmia and certain intimacy concerns.
I want clients to feel safe, supported, and cared for, but also challenged toward growth. Each client is unique, and I have no way to describe what a client experiences in session because they have their own experiences. For me, the experience varies from session to session and client to client. I meet the client where they are at in that exact moment. I bring and hold knowledge of the client’s past and the goals for the future, but the work and the experience is in the now.
My hope for clients is that they gain personal acceptance, happiness, and pleasure in their life. My goal is to assist them in developing independent and relational growth, health, and stability.
I am passionate about knowledge, experience, and connection. I am a deeply eclectic individual.
Whether you are navigating the pressure of relationship stress, experiencing intimacy issues, or feeling completely overwhelmed by ADHD, you do not have to carry it alone. Many individuals and couples reach a point where life transitions or a world that does not fully understand their unique relationship dynamic can feel incredibly isolating.
In our work together, we will move past judgment and look at your challenges through an open, strengths-based lens. Combining mindfulness and existential practices, I provide a collaborative space tailored for men’s emotional health, couples looking to rebuild genuine connection, and members of the LGBTQ, poly, and kink communities.
Together, we can cut through the noise, build deeper relationship intelligence, and help you live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
