Hi, I'm Celina Bongar, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), who is fluent in English and Tagalog and loves all things Disney. I earned my Master’s degree in counseling psychology from CalBaptist University. Dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support, I specialize in working with individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I’ve cultivated proficiency in Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, faith based approach, and solution-focused therapy. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly.

My passion lies in helping clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether you’re seeking support for personal growth or navigating difficult circumstances, I’m here to accompany you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery. I’m committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and empowerment.
