Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or stuck in any area of your life? Maybe you’re navigating challenges in your relationships, career, or with your children and finding it difficult to move forward. I’m here to help. I take a holistic approach to counseling, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of life to help you reconnect with your true self. My purpose is to guide you in finding clarity, balance, strength, and resilience so you can move through life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence. It’s never too early—or too late—to seek the support you need and deserve.
I’m excited to work with highly motivated individuals, business leaders and professionals, young adults seeking support and life skills, and couples, both virtually and in person. I bring over 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples in English, Spanish, and Romanian. Clients often come to me for support with anxiety, career or life transitions, depression, grief and loss, relationship or marital issues, parenting challenges, or trauma. Together, we create space for healing, growth, and meaningful transformation.
My therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative—both compassionate and direct. I integrate trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, evidence-based care with a structured, reflective approach that is insight-oriented and solution-focused, tailored to your specific needs, goals, and expectations. I aim to create a steady, grounding space that is both compassionate and purposeful, where insight becomes practical change, concerns reveal desired outcomes and solutions, and you leave feeling clearer and lighter. I want you to feel seen, safe, and deeply understood—supported with warmth and clarity and empowered to move forward with confidence.
Through our work together, I hope you develop deep self-trust, emotional resilience, and the tools to navigate life with greater calm, clarity, and aligned action. I’m passionate about mindfulness and reflective practices, including small, consistent daily rituals such as guided meditation, stretching, and end-of-day reflection, which help me feel aligned, present, and connected to myself. Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, reading, and creative writing.
I hold a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology (2024) and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology (2013). My sessions are often described as steady and empowering—a safe space to be fully seen, gain clarity, and turn insight into practical, lasting change.
