Hi, I'm Jaime. I am a compassionate and experienced Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena. I draw from psychodynamic therapy to help clients gain deeper self-understanding and emotional insight. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), with a specialized focus on supporting women who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, rape, and domestic violence.

Creating a safe, affirming, and nurturing space is at the heart of my work—especially for those who have never truly felt heard or supported. With over 20 years of experience in spiritual guidance and a rich background in metaphysics, I bring a holistic approach to healing that honors both emotional and spiritual well-being.

I have also spent more than six years working closely with individuals affected by cancer, offering support not only to patients but also to their families, caregivers, and those grieving the loss of a loved one. I am proudly LGBTQ+ affirming and warmly welcome clients from all walks of life.

My passion for couples counseling shines through in my work helping partners navigate conflict, deepen connection, and rediscover joy in their relationships. I enjoy integrating creative approaches such as art therapy, horticultural therapy, and dream journaling to help clients express themselves and explore new pathways to healing.
