Hi, I'm Jenny. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family conflict, or difficult life transitions. Others may be struggling with the effects of trauma, attachment wounds, ADHD, burnout, cultural pressures, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build healthier ways of coping. Whether you're navigating school stress, parenting challenges, communication difficulties, identity exploration, or simply trying to feel more connected to yourself and others, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain insight, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered as they move toward the life and relationships they want.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and grounded in authentic connection. I believe people heal best when they feel safe enough to show up as themselves, so I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their experiences. I draw from attachment-focused, trauma-informed, family systems, culturally responsive, and neuroaffirming approaches, while tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. I also enjoy incorporating creative and experiential interventions such as art, movement, games, storytelling, and sensory tools when they help clients express themselves in ways that words alone sometimes cannot. In our work together, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you and collaborate on goals that feel meaningful and attainable.
As the eldest daughter of immigrant parents, I understand how culture, family expectations, and intergenerational experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others. Outside of therapy, I enjoy creative hobbies, cozy spaces, and spending time with my birds, Picasso and Loki, and my dog, Toastie.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it, I look forward to meeting you where you are.
