Hi, I'm Kandi Lopez, I know how heavy life feel when you’re carrying anxiety, depression, grief, or the impact of past abuse. As a therapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where you don't have to go through it alone. I work with children, teens, and adults, including those on the autism spectrum to help those process and discover their own strengths. My approach is compassionate, down to earth, and focused on helping you move forward at your pace and create a life worth living.
