Hi, I'm Lyzette Perez, an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). I earned my Master's Degree in Social Work Adult Wellness from University of Southern California (USC). My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to discuss their journey of mental wellbeing with acceptance and openness to all avenues of life.

I have experience working with adolescents, young adults and adults from marginalized communities that include LGBTQIA+, people of color, people of immigration and first generation issues. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, post partum depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, family conflict and intergenerational trauma.

My work focuses on a psychodynamic approach to help explore and understand past childhood experiences impacting current underlying behaviors and relationships. In addition I also address any current or past suicidal ideations to help clients establish a healthy space and positive coping strategies to overcome these struggles.
