Hi, I'm Taylor. I am so glad you are here! Taking the step to begin therapy is a meaningful accomplishment, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I enjoy working with children, families, and adults of all ages. My clinical background includes supporting children and their families as they work through school and home-related challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and aim to meet clients where they are with compassion and understanding.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Art Therapy. I tailor each session to the needs of each client, as I believe therapy should be individualized, honoring each client’s unique experiences and goals.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I would love to support you in a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
