Hi, I'm Stephanie. I am a mental health professional dedicated to helping adults struggling with substance use and anxiety, and children on the autism spectrum. I also work with couples navigating relationship challenges, with a focus on strengthening communication and modeling stability.

My approach blends narrative therapy with solution-focused techniques. I tailor interventions to each client’s needs and believe therapy is most effective when we collaborate openly.

Outside of sessions, I prioritize practices that calm and move the body—whether it’s a walk in nature or quiet time at home with my dog Zoey.
