To choose one ideal client would be impossible for me. I have enjoyed working with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, and families to help manage anxiety, ADHD, depression, phobias, trauma, stress, and increase healthy family environments.

I have a very unique approach for each one of my clients because I understand everyone is unique and requires different tools, approaches and strategies to achieve their specific goals identified in therapy.
