Hi, I’m Nadia. I work with adults, teens, and couples. My approach is influenced by humanistic and relational psychology, and I use other evidence-based and eclectic modalities such as CBT, ACT, IFS, and DBT. I’m passionate about healing the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and providing depth and tailored treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals.

I’m warm, intuitive, and direct, and I work in a group private practice setting. My early training was at San Fernando Valley Counseling Center, where I served underprivileged communities. I believe we all have an incredible capacity to grow and create the lives and relationships we truly want.

Life can feel like a story we are constantly writing, whether consciously or unconsciously, and I am here to walk with you through the chapters that feel unclear, heavy, or stuck. Together, we’ll uncover the threads of meaning woven into your past experiences and explore how to create new patterns that honor your aspirations, growth, and resilience.

I love working with young adults, creatives, parents, and couples who are ready to break old patterns, deepen their relationships, find relief, and create lives that feel truly aligned and alive. I meet my clients where they are, and together we’ll come up with therapeutic goals and intentions.

I believe that emotional distress isn’t a sign that something is wrong with you, but a signal that something within you is asking for care, attention, and change. Depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues can arise when the strategies that once helped you navigate life are no longer serving you. Many times, those experiences are not failures, but invitations to realign within yourself and bring awareness to areas of your life that need nurturing to foster change.

My style is warm, intuitive, and direct. I’ll challenge you to grow and live passionately. I lean on a blend of Eastern and Western philosophies. I want clients to feel safe and comfortable going into hard places, trusting the process held for them.

Sessions with me vary depending on where you are and what you’re hoping to work through. I meet you where you’re at with curiosity and without judgment, creating a space where you can feel safe to slow down, become more present, and explore what’s underneath the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

I trust that you have an inner knowing and capacity for growth, and my role is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself. We may incorporate mindfulness, somatic practices, IFS, or other tools along the way. While therapy can be deep and vulnerable, I also believe there’s room for humor, laughter, and lightness because healing doesn’t always have to feel so heavy.

My hope is that clients come to know themselves more deeply and develop greater trust in their own inner wisdom. Over time, I want them to recognize the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck, while also discovering the parts of themselves that are capable of growth, connection, and change. I hope they leave therapy feeling more grounded in who they are, more intentional in how they live and love, and more open to what’s possible for their lives and relationships.

Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about creativity, connection, and the process of becoming more fully ourselves. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the creative world, and I’ve always been fascinated by what inspires people, what drives us, and how we find meaning in our lives. I’m also deeply passionate about relationships and the ways we love, grow, challenge, and support one another.

I believe there’s something beautiful about continuing to evolve while staying connected to what matters most. Sometimes the most powerful and loving step we can take is allowing ourselves to pause, become present, and receive support.
