Hi, I'm Tanjil Choudhury, and I am a bilingual (Bengali/English) Associate Clinical Social Worker with experience working with a wide range of age groups and mental health concerns. During my Master’s program, I specialized in Children, Youth, and Families, where I had the opportunity to work with individuals and families from all walks of life.

Throughout my education and clinical training, one of the most valuable things I have learned is the importance of genuine connection.

My goal as a therapist is to build meaningful connections with my clients while providing a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and appropriately challenged. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable being themselves, and I strive to create an environment where we can work together toward meaningful growth and change.

I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and other challenges. I utilize approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness while tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

Above all, I want my clients to feel that therapy is a space where they can show up as they are, gain a better understanding of themselves, and develop tools that feel realistic and useful in their everyday lives.
